Disappointing Customer Service

Although my address is correct in the order confirmation email I received, somehow the label was printed with one wrong number, and the package was returned to sender. After emailing with customer service, I received no apology, no acknowledgement and no empathy at all. I was looking forward to receiving my order and am disappointed by the experience all around. I'm also confused by all of the reviews praising customer service, because my experience was the exact opposite.

Gorgeous! But don't machine wash

This is a beautiful flattering and comfortable sports bra. There is some padding in the cups which is removable, but i found it didn't shift or fold up even in the wash. However, the backing of the bra band near the clasp unglued in the first wash so I'll have to find a way to sew it back together. So they are not kidding about no machine wash and dry - probably especially dry. The rest of the bra survived the wash intact though and still looks gorgeous. Sizing was spot on for me (L).
