I’ve been using it for bjj and it does its job! The arm holes a little small but not so much that I would return it. It’s not super low cut so there is no fear when bending over. The padding is super thick which isn’t something I need personal but if you’re into that it’s a thing. I mean it’s a little spendy but one day I will buy another. They are super cool!
